Harold Colt is a businessman working at the office in Blackpool, trying hard to get a promotion to show everyone how he can run the company. He has a wife and family and trying to ensure he'll have more time with them. One night, he was transported to Okoto and becomes Kopaka. He was seen by the other members as noble and reserved. Upholding his own strict moral code he built up while working at the office, Harold strives to be perfect and always "does the right thing". A fact that often makes him appear formal and even cold in the eyes of the other Toa, luckily Harold's clumsiness and his not too solid direction sense does help the other heroes remember that after all, Harold is a Toa just like them.

As Kopaka, Harold can possess a elemental control of ice and has a natural resistance to cold. His signature moves are the Ice Lance and the Frost Sphere. When he first became Toa, Harold wore a Mask of Ice, in which he replaced it with the Golden Mask of Ice, which granted him enhanced elemental powers. Ekimu later gave Harold a Unity Mask of Ice, which was later replaced with the Golden Mask of Unity, which enables him to unite with Melum.

He initially carried the Frost Shield as his primary weapon and the Ice Spear as his secondary. The shield could split apart to form the Avalanche Skis, which Harold uses to travel. Those weapons were later replaced with the Elemental Ice Blade, a double-bladed sword and the Elemental Ice Blaster, which he could use to channel his elemental powers when he was given Unity Armour by Ekimu.

Harold Colt is portrayed by Jordon Hayes, who appeared in numerous roles in primetime shows and runs his political commentary show "The Jordon Show".
