Brittney Grey is friendly and peaceful and was about to be engaged with her boyfriend after gradulating collage. One night, she was transported to Okoto and becomes Gali. While her hospitaliy remained the same, whenever the situlation calls for it, she can be as fearce as a raging ocean. She finds justice to be intolerable and always goes out of her way to help anyone who need it. Brittney's mellow ways have made her the most liked among the heroes. She is generous, a good listener and a friend, but there's one little thing; she just can't seem to tell a joke right!

As Gali, Brittney is able to manipulate the element of water and can outswim any known creature. She can also breathe underwater. Her signature moves are the Tidal Charge and the Wave Storm. When Brittney was the Master of Water, she wore a Mask of Water. She later replaced it with the Golden Mask of Water. which granted her enhanced elemental powers. That mask would later be replaced by the Unity Mask of Water, which were replaced by the Golden Mask of Unity.

She was originally equipped with the Elemental Trident as her primary weapon and it could be split apart to form the Shark Fins and Power Harpoon, which she uses as secondary weapons. When Brittney was equipped with Unity Armor, she was given the Elemental Water Spear.

Brittney Grey is portrayed by Marian Quincy, a young actress who is the rising star of the El Kadsreian film industry with a big online fan club.
